The Mitten

The Mitten is a traditional tale from the countries of Eastern Europe. There are several versions of it (like every tale). The list of animals varies. This version is inspired by different albums.
Classic of kindergarten albums, it's a story that repeats itself. A first animal enters the mitten then each time the animals in the mitten are repeated by adding one. This effect is particularly appreciated by children when reading but also during yoga. It's like when you start to know a choreography, you feel more at ease. The student anticipates a little more with each new animal. He knows what positions he's going to do and in what order.
