The Three Little Pigs

Classic version of The Three Little Pigs revisited in Yoga for children.


This session works on all the physical benefits of yoga for children: dynamic movements (the wolf and the pigs run, jump into the chimney) but also balance (tree, dancer, house flying away), moments to relax. refocus (pig position, cuddle, savasana, happy baby), flexibility (sandwich, hammer, pyramid) strength (boat, plank, dog), as well as breathing exercises (the wolf blows on the houses).


Session to do at school and to repeat at home for children ideally between 3 and 8 years old.
